The clients for which he has provided professional service for long-term include many world top 500 enterprises, large state-owned enterprises, renowned private enterprises and sport stars such as Yao Ming, Lin Shuhao, etc. Mr. Zhang acted as an agent in hundreds of influential case in IP litigation cases in the industry, including the case of arbitration on licensing contract of the trademark “WANG LAO JI in Chinese” (this case was rated as “the First Case of Chinese Trademark in 2012” by medias), the case of Wuhan Yunhe Da Sha Yu Sporting Goods Co., Ltd.’s infringement on Yao Ming’s name right, portraiture right and unfair competition (Top 10 Cases during the judicial protections to the intellectual property by the China court in 2012, Top 10 Classic Cases of intellectual property by Hubei court in 2012), etc.
