As a senior lawyer of core team of major complicated and important cases, Mr. Xu provides IP legal services for lots of well-known enterprises at home and abroad. In the long-term practice activities, Mr. Xu has accumulated rich litigation experiences, and most of the cases represented by him had been selected as annual typical cases of the year by Supreme People’s Court, China Trademark Association, Beijing Higher People’s Court, Shandong Higher People’s Court and authoritative medias. In 2015, Mr. Xu was selected as a committee member of Trademark Professional Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association. He acted as an agent for many typical cases, including Zhangjiajie GANGZHONGLV International Travel Service Co., Ltd’s infringement on CTS (HK) Group Corporation’s trademark, and unfair competition on CTS (HK) Group Corporation’s enterprise name(rated as “ Top 50 Classic IP Cases by the Supreme People’s Court in 2015”, and “ Top 10 Cases of Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property by Hu’nan Court in 2015”); administration litigation concerning review of opposition of the trademark “weibo” (rated as “Outstanding Trademark Agency Case from 2015-2016” by China Trademark Association).
