Engaged in IP law affairs for over 20 years, Ms. Li has acted as an agent for many world top 500 famous enterprises at home and abroad and well-known international law firms in respect of trademark litigation and non-litigation affairs, well-known trademark recognition, protection of trademark rights and other IP litigation and non-litigation affairs, accumulating rich litigation experience and protection of trademark experience. In the long-term practice activities, she represented numerous cases, some of which were selected into the annual typical cases of the year by Supreme People’s Court, China Trademark Association, Beijing Higher People’s Court, Shandong Higher People’s Court and authoritative medias. The typical cases she represented include administrative lawsuit concerning Coca-Cola Companies’ review on opposition against the trademark “KU WA WA in Chinese & device” (selected as “Classic Cases during the authorization and confirmation to the Trademark & Patent Right by the Beijing First Intermediate People’s Court for 10th Anniversary of Joining into WTO”); administrative lawsuit against the trademark “LI JIN JI in Chinese” (selected as “Top 50 Classic Cases during the judicial protections to the intellectual property by the Supreme People’s Court in 2012”), etc.
