The invalidation declaration case involved the no. 200810120538.0 invention patent, named “Doubled Speed Automatic Tapping Machine”, which was granted by the State Intellectual Property Office on January 27th 2010. It was applied on May 14th 2012 and involved the patent owner, a precision machinery company in Zhejiang.
