In the afternoon of June 19, the 2023, the Council Conference of the Intellectual Property Protection Working Committee of China Wine Association and the 2nd Session China Wine Industry Intellectual Property Conference were held in Deyang, Sichuan Province. The conference released the "Intellectual Property Report of China's Alcohol Industry" for the first time, providing direction for alcohol enterprises to formulate intellectual property strategies in the new development stage. Lawyer Zhang Hong mainly analyzed and interpreted the background, process, method and main content of the Intellectual Property Report of China Alcohol Industry (hereinafter referred to as The Report). The Report has a total of more than 40,000 words in seven parts, covering many fields such as trademark, design and copyright of the alcohol industry, involving multiple levels of the country, industry and enterprise, and multiple dimensions such as legislation, administration and justice, with detailed information and rich content. The Report aims to investigate the intellectual property rights of the alcohol industry through questionnaires, data analysis and case analysis, with the purpose of understanding the current situation of intellectual property rights in China's alcohol industry, analyzing existing problems and the hot spots, difficulties and doubts of intellectual property rights faced by the industry, and putting forward solutions and suggestions. It provides a reference for liquor industry enterprises to formulate a new stage of intellectual property strategy, and provides a basis for the relevant departments to reflect the status quo of industry intellectual property protection, seek policy support, and put forward legislative and judicial suggestions.

The Intellectual Property Report of China Alcohol Industry is under the guidance of China Wine Industry Association and China Trademark Association, by Janlea Intellectual Property as the drafting unit for the completion, is the first intellectual property report issued by the wine industry.
