On May 20, 2024, at the 146th INTA Conference held in Atlanta, USA, the China Trademark Association Forum released the Top 40 Service Capability List of Foreign Trademark Agency Agencies. Janlea Intellectual Property has been highly recognized by the industry for its outstanding performance in the field of foreign-related trademark agency due to its outstanding foreign-related business capabilities and professional service level, and has been selected as one of the top 40 service capabilities of China's foreign-related trademark agency.

The list is jointly published by China Trademark Magazine and Zhichanbao under the guidance of the China Trademark Association. The release of this list aims to provide decision-making references for foreign enterprises seeking trademark service agencies in the Chinese market, and to assist in the smooth development of their intellectual property related work in China.

The release of this list uses official data to establish a systematic evaluation model from more than ten dimensions, such as the number of foreign-related trademark applications, foreign-related agency trademark objection cases, foreign-related agency trademark review cases, and conduct a comprehensive and detailed evaluation of trademark agencies that have been filed by the China National Intellectual Property Administration Trademark Office. The 40 foreign-related trademark agencies ultimately selected are outstanding performers in their respective fields.
