On April 22nd 2013, the Supreme People’s Court held a press conference and announced the Top 50 Examples of Legal Protection of Intellectual Properties in Chinese Courts of 2012. The trademark opposition review administrative litigation of Shen Zhen Li Jin Ji Food Co., Ltd. and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China, and the third party Lee Kum Kee Co., Ltd. (Beijing Higher People’s Court (2012) Higher Final No. 1283 Administrative Ruling), represented by lawyer Jiang Shan and lawyer Xu Jin of our Firm, was selected to the top 50 Examples of Legal Protection of Intellectual Properties in Chinese Courts of 2012, as a trademark rights confirmation case.
