Our Company Represented McCormick & Co. in the Trademark Opposition Review Administration Litigation and Won the Case

On July 31st 2007, the Higher People’s Court of Beijing made the final judgment, and affirmed the Opposition Review Adjudication on the no.1611091 “McCORMICK MC and picture” trademark, and the first-instance judgment of the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board. The Court refused the appellant’s, Xi’an Xinxinghao Company’s claim. Due to this decision, the trademark that McCormick & Co. applied to the Trademark Office of China for registration was finally approved, with obstacles eliminated.
