On September 14th 2007, the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of China announced that list of approved Well-Known Trademarks, among which five were commissioned by our company. These include the “RUXIANG SHENHUA” trademark of Shenhua Group Co., Ltd. approved in a trademark dispute case, the “WANXIANG” trademark of Wanxiang Group Co., Ltd., the “LONGSHENG and picture” trademark of Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co., Ltd., the “STARBUCKS and picture” approved in a trademark opposition case, and the HUIFU HOPEFULL and picture” trademark of Sanhe Hopefull Grain & Oil Group Co., Ltd. approved in a trademark management case.

In 2008, our company successfully commissioned the accreditations of another five Well-Known Trademarks, which include the “JIEAO” trademark of Beijing Jieao Garment Co., Ltd. approved in a trademark dispute case, the “TONGNIU” trademark of Beijing Tongniu Kniting Co., Ltd., the “Colgate” trademark of the Colgate-Palmolive Company approved in a trademark management case, the “Gaike” trademark of Sichuan Shuzhong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. approved in a trademark opposition case, and the “BINDU BENATO” trademark of Hongkong Songming Co., Ltd.

Up to now, our company has approved 21 Well-Known Trademarks in total. These include one that was approved through bulk approvals before the amendment of the Trademark Law, one through civil tort litigation, four through trademark management cases, four through trademark opposition cases, three through reviews of trademark opposition cases, and eight through trademark dispute cases. These include seven foreign-related and fourteen domestic trademarks. Details are shown as below:
