Our company represented the renowned watchmaker and optician company, EBEL S. A., to file a opposition against the no. 1985710 “EBEL Yubao” trademark (picture: ) registered in type 9 by a third party, and proposed that this trademark resembled the one EBEL S. A. registered (picture: ) in advance.

On August 29th 2017, the Trademark Office ruled that our reasons for objection were tenable, and that a resemblance between the trademarks of two similar products did exist. The opposed trademark would not be accepted for registration.
