Janlea's summarization convention for the first half of 2009 was held in its headquarter in Beijing on July 18, 2009. The general manager of Janlea, i.e. Zhuge Beihua, summarized the development of Janlea’s various businesses in the first half of 2009. On the whole, 2008 has witnessed Janlea’s employees’ sticking to their managing strategy formulated at the beginning of the year, i.e. “develop new customers while serving the existing customers” and their fulfilling the strategy solidly and truthfully. As of June, the number of Janlea’s closed cases has rose by 7% more than the same period in the last year, among which new applications of trademark and litigations grew tremendously than the corresponding period in the last year. Under the circumstance of global financial crisis in the first half of 2009, the overall operational conditions of Janlea are better than expected.
In the first half of 2009, Janlea established cooperation relationship with many clients with world-famous brands, including NBA, Unilever, Honeywell (China) Co.,Ltd, Adidas (China) Co.,Ltd, Estee Lauder, French Nicholas Wine Chain Corporation, SOFTSTAR, China Unicom, CCTV, China Education Television and China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited.
Regarding to the work in the second half, all the staff of Janlea are requested to put their work emphasis on 2 points: dealing with business from new customers with whom Janlea established cooperation relationship in the first half of the year and serving & maintaining existing customers so as to develop more businesses from them. Meanwhile, management shall be strengthened so as to improve work efficiency and make further progress in management this year.
