“‘Weibo’ Trademark Opposition Review Administrative Litigation “was named as “2015-2016 Excellent Trademark Cases”
 

On the evening of October 27th, the high-profile 2016 China International Trademark & Brand Festival had its opening ceremony and welcoming reception. Businesses, intellectual property agencies and representatives from relevant government institutions and organizations attended the meeting. 

During the Festival this year, in order to appreciate the businesses and individuals who had made outstanding contribution in the implementation of trademark and brand strategies, “2016 Trademark Brand Construction Excellence Award” and “2016 Trademark Leading Figure” were selected, and award ceremonies were proceeded. Cui Ning, Bijing Janlea Agency Co., Ltd’s Vice General Manager, was awarded “2016 Trademark Leading Figure”. Secretary-general of China Trademark, Wang Peizhang, handed the awards to the winners. 

At the meantime, the sixth conference of the China Trademark Association 3rd Council was held at Kunshang Jinling Hotel. Vice General President of Beijing Janlea Law Firm was selected as a individual director of the China Trademark Association 3rd Council.

On 29th, Kunshan International Conference Center held the Trademark Example Cases Analysis Forum and announced the selecting results of 2016 Excellent Trademark Representing Cases. “Weibo” Trademark Opposition Review Administrative Litigation”, represented by Beijing Janlea Lawy Firm, was selected as a 2016 Excellent Trademark Representing Case. The vice president of Beijing Intellectual Property Court, Chen Jinchuan, handed the awards to the awarded companies.
